Cost Cut-IT products undergo one of the most intensive and rigorous refurbish, refresh and upgrade programmes available, meaning you can trust you’ll get top quality performance. The products provided on this website may have some minor cosmetic imperfections, however you’ll know about these before you commit to purchasing so there shouldn’t be any surprises. We understand, however, that sometimes things don’t always go to plan which is why you'll find our no-hassle returns policy and our 6 and 12-month guarantees give you peace of mind when it comes to your Cost Cut-IT purchase.

Returns can be made during the return period at no additional cost using a return label that will be provided to you once your return has been confirmed. You can begin a return on our website, just make sure you have your order number to hand. We'll provide a return label for you to use. Don't worry about returning the packaging; we don't request packaging to be returned with items, in line with our focus on minimising carbon footprints.

For orders beyond the moneyback guarantee period, we may require that the customer covers any return delivery costs.
